Your Negotiating Team has been patiently awaiting the scheduling of our second mediation session with the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC). Unfortunately, PERC has indefinitely suspended in-person meetings at this time.
We are cautiously optimistic that another mediation session will result in a tentative agreement. However, we will continue to update this site as developments occur.
